Warper model NEC suitable for max upto 1500 mm Flange dia; 2200 mm between the flanges; DC Thyristor control drive; Disk Braking arrangement for beam; Drum & guide roll, Drum made from light weight phenolic bonded fabric/ paper. Dynamically ballanced & having kick back arrangement. Micro processor based meter counter.
Nipun Ordinary Warping Machine:
Warper Model Max 72” and Minimum 54” dia of flange up to 800 mm. D.C. Thyristor control drive with Disk Braking System. Drum will be dynamically balanced. Counter will be of electronic type.
